    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I must admit that I have never heard of this problem before!&lt;BR /&gt;In order to eliminate a software or malicious code problem try testing the shift keys at a clean boot to the DOS prompt. If this has the same result then I would suspect a hardware defect.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Left shift key when depressed will only activate "$^*) -that is the even nos at the top of my GR214 laptop, whilst the right shift key will only activate the odd numbers ! £ % &amp;amp;(keys &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How do I get both shift keys to operate all on the top range of numbers&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
