    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;when pc starts keep taping f8 and when prompted with options choose safe mode, if its ok then its a software fault, probably drivers.&lt;BR /&gt;Worth checking in Device manager to see if there is any conflicts.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

In Safe mode, if you select NO when you log in, System Restore will start, but this is assuming that the problem you have is a recent short term problem, and not something that has been happenung since day one.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
