Please help, it's driving me nuts!&lt;BR /&gt;Richard&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: orangered; font-size: 3; "&gt;Start with the easy (obvious) stuff.  Try cleaning the lens, if that doesn't help, uninstall the optical drive and restart Windows, which will detect it and re-install the drivers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, check for updates on &lt;A href="http://www.vaio-link.com" target="_blank"&gt;vaio-link&lt;/A&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
