      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am trying to get some form of update on case number 10417940. I posted about the same VAIO laptop a while ago and after nine months the issue still hasn't been resolved. Now Sony isn't replying to my emails after promising a buy back.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The last I heard from a 'Sam' on the second of August was that I would be contacted soon but no contact has been forthcoming.&amp;nbsp;I&amp;nbsp;receive undeliverable notices when replying to messages from the sony customer service email.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The&amp;nbsp;laptop has three times failed repair.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am currently not contactable via phone.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Jer&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
