Hello,

I upgrade my sony vaio sve14a2m1eb on windows 10. Unfortuntelly i have many serious problems with the new software.

First of all my lap top sometimes freeze and i must close it ,and open it again to use it.

Secondly, sometimes it appears a blue screen error with message: irql not less or equal or

check kernel security.

It restart automatically.

I dont know what to do.

Why that happens??

Do you have any solution??

Did they fix it??

Does anyone has the same problems??

Unfortunatelly i have no any answer.

Possibly the manufacturer company did not give any new drivers for windows 10, an we have so have so many problems on the stability pc.

Try to disable one of the graphic adapters. Intel or that AMD *****. After that laptop will be usable without freezing or BSOD.
