    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regarding ArcSoft Web cam not working and showing Bluetooth camera ( black screen ) .do these steps to rest your arcsoft web cam to its original setting .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1-unplug the power connector from the main power.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2-take the battery out .(now there is no power connected to your vaio)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3-hold the power button on the vaio for 1 minute (ofcourse there is no power to power on the vaio) thus will reset the webcam to its original setting .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hope that sort your problem as it did for me &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.co.uk/html/@0248C33DDCF34AA61B8F8F33F5AFA5BE/images/smilies/013.png" alt=":wink:" title=":wink:" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;BR /&gt;I apprecaite any one's help.&lt;BR /&gt;Sony Vaio VGN-CS11S, when trying to use the web cam to capture a shot, or as a web camera on Skype or MSN for example, &lt;BR /&gt;The camera no longer take shots or record any thing, but black screen appears saying "BlueToothVideo Service not running"&lt;BR /&gt;Trying to change the camera settings,to no avail.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Would reloading or reinstalling the web cam driver clear the problem, if so which is the correct web cam driver among the original drivers found on Vaio support&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
