Yep, I am also having the same problem. I have been fighting my brand new VAIO for a month. It seems that the customer service is non existant & their answer is ALWAYS, do a system restore! I have done restore 3 times now & it made the problems 100 x worse. Last night the lap top was supposed to be "repairing" & since then all I've got is a black screen - with power. Customer Service just won't respond & they haven't got a clue!!
