I bought a £1000 media centre which conked out just after the warranty expired. It took a month for customer support to figure out that there was something wrong with it. I recently spilt some drink on my keyboard - £142 to replace it - 4 times what a similar keyboard from Logitech would cost. Their stuff looks good but it doesn't seem to be reliable and the maintenance costs are extortionate.
