Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I purchased a Sony Vaio Laptop from Sony online store, it was working fine until recently I noticed some of the key isn't working at all. I am a big fan of Sony products like cybershot camera and Xperia phones as well as playstation. I would be really happy if I get a positive feedback regarding the issue.

In the meantime if you let us know which keys are not working and your model number another member may be able to offer further advice.
