      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Firstly my serial number on the computer does not work on the sony store i have tried the sony care one and one on computer. As well when i try to start up my computer about 10 times of the 20 times i have started it up it has appeared with windows 7 start up recovery. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, Oliver&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
