I have Vaio VGN-fe21SR.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; I'm going to upgrade my vaio - &lt;STRONG&gt;1 gb sdram instead of 512&lt;/STRONG&gt;. &lt;BR /&gt;But there're a lot of types of SDram's: SO-DDR2 &lt;I&gt;PC5300/ 5400 &lt;/I&gt; 1024Mb Aeneon, SO-DDR2 &lt;I&gt;PC4200/ 4300&lt;/I&gt; 1024Mb Kingston  and so on.
