no blue ray disc yet / paint chips

i bought my VGN-AR51M on 12/10/2007 and i have now noticed that the Grey/black covering/paint seems to be chipping off my lap top near the memory stick slot has any one else had this problem and what can i do about it. note i have only used this slot once .

Also i have not received my free spider man 3 blue ray disc yet how long should it take to arrive.

All you can do is contact Sony Vaio-Link Support here: -

and see what they have to say.

While you are doing this mention the Blu-Ray discs - I see you registered on
11/10/07 and so you are approaching the six week time limit by when you should have received your disc.

i have tried to contact sony but with no luck i could not find the right link all i want is to talk to some one why is it so hard to contact sony.

i still have not got my free blue ray disc.

i have tried sending them pictures but to no availe they just keep coming back to me by text and email .what is the address i should be sending them to support@viao-link.com just ain't working. AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY FREE DVD YET.
