    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a wireless network with 3 laptops and two printers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;until this week everything worked fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;laptop1 and laptop2 can print ok to either printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;laptop3 cannot print to either printer. it is a sony vaio running windows 7 (as is laptop2).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i uninstalled and reinstalled printer drivers - no change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;laptop3 can see both printers - if i type their ip addresses into ie, printer info appears.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when i try to print, item joins the printer queue, then errors after a couple of minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;A bit more info:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The scan function on my "All-in-one" printer works. It's only getting a page to print that fails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
