Try a Startup Repair. Tap F8 at boot to access this option.

Hi akhtar,

If you are unable to access the repair option via F8 then there could be more problems than a missing file. Is the had disk recognised in the BIOS? Tap F2 to enter BIOS.

You could try creating a repair disk on another computer with the same OS. Here are a couple of links that will help.

Thanks for your advise, Rich I have installed new windows 7 but original Vaio feature are not installed can i download any where else

Drivers and utilities can be downloaded from the Sony Support site but most of the original pre-installed software (including WinDVD) is not available to download.
