The machine closes all programs then cuts to the "shutting down" screen with the spinning "polo" in the middle but it just freezes at this stage. The keyboard/remote don't function at this stage and Ctrl, Alt, Del doesn't do anything either. The power switch on the xl301 won't turn off no matter how long I keep it pressed. All I can do is turn of the power, this has happened several times now but it doesn't do it every time.<BR /><BR />Has anyone out there experienced the same issue?
