I lost the Orginal blutooth of my ( sony vaio VPCZ1 ) Laptop / configured version (configured myself online) ....

Where to re-optain (redownload preferably) the original version of my blutooth ?

Can anyone help please ?

Hi rawej.b and welcome.

It would be easier to answer your question if you had given us the full model. However, probably all VPCZ1 models will have the same Bluetooth Drivers.

Here is the support page for the VPCZ11X9E and you will find the original Bluetooth driver under the Windows 7 'Preinstalled Drivers and Utilities' Tab.

There is also a firmware update for the Broadcom Bluetooth module under the Windows 7 'Latest Downloads' Tab.

You will probably need to download and install the Vaio Smart Network utility to be able to turn on the bluetooth module. I am not sure if SFEP is required.
