      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Hi rawej.b and welcome.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;It would be easier to answer your question if you had given us the full model.&amp;nbsp; However, probably all VPCZ1 models will have the same Bluetooth Drivers.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Here is the support page for the VPCZ11X9E and you will find the original Bluetooth driver under the Windows 7 'Preinstalled Drivers and Utilities' Tab.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A class="loading active_link" href="http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/VPCZ11X9E_B/updates" title="http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/VPCZ11X9E_B/updates"&gt;http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/VPCZ11X9E_B/updates&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;There is also a firmware update for the Broadcom Bluetooth module under the Windows 7 'Latest Downloads' Tab.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;You will probably need to download and install the Vaio Smart Network utility to be able to turn on the bluetooth module.&amp;nbsp; I am not sure if SFEP is required.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;&lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.co.uk/html/@0248C33DDCF34AA61B8F8F33F5AFA5BE/images/smilies/013.png" alt=":wink:" title=":wink:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
