      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi slimslaney,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There would seem to be a server problem at present but, when working again, click the Support tab at the top of this page, then click on-line support. Enter your model number to access the support page. In the download section you need to look for SFEP driver.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This only normally needs to be installed if you have upgraded your OS with a retail copy of Windows. It will need to be installed from within Device Manager using the Have Disk method. If you need guidance on this then let us know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rich &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
