Does the fact that a multinational company's telephone support line go down on a business day not speak volumes about Sony's attitude to their after sales care and the poor service that this company provides to their customers?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi mananach,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sony have confirmed there is a problem with the phone support this morning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could try phoning Sony Uk HO but you will probably be better waiting until you can speak to the dedicated team.&amp;nbsp; If the question is urgent, post it here on the forums and another user may be able to help or, if necessary, we may be able to forward to Sony.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will keep you posted if there is further news.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.co.uk/html/@13A2E6A3774A8B47B4EC6F04089539E1/images/smilies/063.png" alt=":thinking:" title=":thinking:" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
