Replacement keyboard

Do’s anyone know where I can get a replacement key board for my Vaio VGN-N21SW, There is a label on the back of the keyboard with the model No K07027881 and P/N 81-31105001-24 on it. I’ve contacted Sony UK by email and they suggested NEDIS UK but they don’t even sell new Vaio’s. I’ve had tried the web but I can’t find one. If anyone can help I would be very grateful.

I'd recommend that you call the VAIO support line and ask them if you can buy the part directly from them.

Maybe worth contacting one of Sony's authorised repairers to see if they can supply you with the replacement keyboard.

You can find contact details via Sony Vaio support..

Open Vaio support, either by clicking Support at the top of this page or use the following link:Vaio support

Under Log-in option 1: Enter your vaio models serial number, which you should find on the bottom of your Vaio.

Then click Log-In

Once logged select Get In Touch

Then Click on the Out of Warranty tab to locate the nearest location.
