I recently had to have my Vaio wiped of all programs due to a virus. Click to dvd is no longer there and I can only see updates that can be downloaded from the Sony site and not the original program.

Is there anywhere I can download this? I also don't have a Vaio recovery option anymore so as to get original programs reinstalled.

Any advice appreciated.

Unfortunately the applications that came pre-installed on your Vaio are not available to download..:smileysad:

You can however, if you wish, purchase a set of recovery discs from Vaio support which should allow you to restore the original Vaio supplied OS and applications..

Under Log-in option 2: Select your VAIO model - Select your model from the drop down list..

Then next Select Model..

Then click Log-In

Once logged select Get In Touch..
