help just got new laptop vaio vpcf11ze bd when i play blueray movie
the sound is ok while its on preview of film but when you play movie
the sound goes low even when you turn it up full.ive tried 5 films
they are all the same,its ok on a dvd ;the laptop runs windvdbd

had no replies so have put cyberlink power dvd on laptop its 50 %
better

Sorry no-one seemed to have the same problem as you of low volume with WinDVD BD.

Is the volume with PowerDVD the same as you get with DVDs now?

Have you uninstalled WinDVD? If not is the volume still low?

hi i took laptop back to pc world and there tec guy said all laptops with blue ray are the same , there were going to exchange laptop , i treid acer laptop and another vaio in shop and both had low volume , so they paid me the money to buy cyber link as i had trial vershion on lap top,it not as good as a dvd but im happy with sound , i have ordered optical audio cable and will get 5.1 surround sound speaker, any advice on which on to buy
