Returned to SONY and they say I have dropped it which is categorically untrue as I have virtually kept the thing wrapped in cotton wool. Response from SONY is pay up £800 or go away. What do I do?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
