Download the nVidia Driver 7.15.11.128 update using the following link: &lt;A href="http://www.vaio-link.com/downloads/updates/updates.asp?site=voe_en_GB_cons&amp;amp;c=0&amp;amp;s=VGN-FZ&amp;amp;m=2666" target="_blank"&gt;nVidia Driver 7.15.11.128 update&lt;/A&gt;  and save it to download directory.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Close all running programs.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Go to the download directory and double-click the downloaded file.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Click "Finish".&lt;BR /&gt;5. Go to "Device Manager" (click Start &amp;gt; right-click Computer &amp;gt; click Manage &amp;gt; select Device Manager).&lt;BR /&gt;6. Expand "Display Adapters".&lt;BR /&gt;7. Right Click "NVIDIA GeForce 8xxx" and select Uninstall.&lt;BR /&gt;8. Check "Delete the driver software for this device" and click "OK".&lt;BR /&gt;9. Restart the notebook.&lt;BR /&gt;10. Repeat steps 5-6 above.&lt;BR /&gt;11. Right Click "Standard VGA graphics adapter" and select "Update Driver Software..."&lt;BR /&gt;12. Select "Browse my computer for device software".&lt;BR /&gt;13. Select "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer".&lt;BR /&gt;14. Click "Have Disk..." and then click "Browse...".&lt;BR /&gt;15. Select "C:\Update\NVDVID-01193630\nvsz" and click "Open" and then "OK".&lt;BR /&gt;16. Click "Next" and wait while the Wizard updates your software.&lt;BR /&gt;17. After the installation is completed, click "close" and restart your system.&lt;BR /&gt;18. After the system has finished restarting, proceed with the below steps.&lt;BR /&gt;19. Right-click the desktop and choose "NVIDIA Control Panel".&lt;BR /&gt;20.       <title>FZ11S Display Problem</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a FZ11S Vaio which less than 2 years old, I have a issue with display, its resolution has changed to low and Vista has disabled the NVIDA display adaptor saying it is returning error code 43. I could see green lines on my display when I start the machine and it stays even after the Vista loads.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
