If I log in as an Administrator-level user it works fine, but if my daughter (who does not have Admin user rights( logs in it very briefly (i.e. for about a second) shows the window with the camera capturing your face, but then an error displays and the utility will not function. If I change her permissions to Admin level it works fine.
