      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Carl, &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;no worries.. &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.co.uk/html/@3191CA7235A406D833094BA2DD1CF2FF/images/smilies/011.png" alt=":slight_smile:" title=":slight_smile:" /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;do you have Norton installed on your vaio.?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If so Norton product protection may be causing the problem, although the error message is normally different..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have a look this link: &lt;A href="http://bertk.mvps.org/html/symantecdoc1.html" target="_blank"&gt;Temporarily turn off product protection&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If that doesn't help have you tried System Restore whilst in Safe mode.?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To boot into safe mode, Start your Vaio and when the Vaio logo appears press the F8 key repeatedly..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I do not want to cheeky but I wonder if you help with another problem? This is to do with Windows Vista, I cant change my office assistant from "Paper Clip" I get a message insufficient memory and I can not find any fixes to this problem &amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
