I just says the CD is corrupted, I sent it to sony europe to fix, they held it for 5 months and they couldn't fix it, they kept sending it back with the same problem, changed drives, etc etc. Eventually they said it's a software proble and they did a system reboot and send it back to me in factory settings so had to install everything again. A few months later, same problem!
