hello,
just bought my vaio ar41s. but i wont start up, it starts but after i select language it stays on but the screen turns black. please help me

Hi royheffels,

Is the AR41S brand new and unused? Has it ever worked? Is it the original software that is installed?

If it is new, try tapping F10 when you turn the Vaio on and see the first Vaio Logo screen. Choose to do a Complete Recovery back to factory settings. Do not disturb the recovery process. Make sure it is connected to the mains electricity.

hallo, it is brand new,its even didnt finisched the first setup. i selected the language to start instal and after that it schuted down. wen i put it on again it sais to start in safe mode but after that it sais can stert up in safe mode for the first time.

hello,
i now instaled vista tru boot from dvd but now i only have vista and no suporting programs that schould be on my vaio. what to do now?

Try recovering your Vaio back to its factory settings: -

1. Connect to the AC Power
2. Turn on your Vaio
3. At the very first VAIO Logo screen tap F10 repeatedly
4. This should start the recovery - choose to completely recover the system.
