Group Policy Issues with Sidebar! Please Help!

Evening Everyone,

I need to pick someones brains...

I thought i'd treat myself to a AR51M today, however when I got it home it had the Google Sidebar installed (which I un-installed) so I then tried to activate the Windows Sidebar to be told "Windows Sidebar is controlled by your system administrator" I AM THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR! I know it's only a little thing but does anyone know how to diable the Group Policy on it? (apparently that is what is stopping me view it).
