Have a look at the possible causes in this Microsoft Knowledgebase article.  Try the Windows Memory Diagnostic available for download from that page.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the memory is OK, it is likely to be a driver problem.  Have you installed anything new recently?  See if there is a Video driver update for the Intel GMA 950 Graphics.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If all else fails and the blue screens persist, you will need to carry out a full system recovery back to factory settings to see if this cures it before contacting Sony Support.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.co.uk/html/@8A5BDCECEE2E5AB683F2BDAA500F2036/images/smilies/035.png" alt=":slight_frown:" title=":slight_frown:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
