Help and Support will not run on my VGC-RA 304 Desktop

Help and Support will not run on my VGC-RA 304 Desktop, when I go into Start and click on Help and Support I get the message: " Windows cannot open Help and Support because a system service is not running. To fix this problem, start the service Help and Support" can anyone guide me through this?

Hi tabaheights.

Try this: -

1. Click on 'Start'

2. Right-click on 'My Computer'

3. Choose 'Manage'

4. Click on Services and Applications (on the left) and then on 'Services' (in the centre)

5. Scroll down the list on services to find 'Help and Support'

6. Right-click on 'Help and Support' and choose 'Properties'

7. Change the Startup Type to 'Automatic' in the drop-down box.

8. Click on 'Start' -> 'Apply' -> 'OK'
