    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some Vaios do -and some Vaios don't!!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can try reinstalling the Sony Preinstalled Utilities but if this does not fix the problem, you will have to wait for Sony to upgrade the software for Vista.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You don't say what model you have but download the Preinstalled Utilities from Vaio-Link and unpack then into a temporary folder.  Install the Utilities in order:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1 Sony Utilities (installer folder 1)&lt;BR /&gt;2 Sony Shared Library (installer folder 2)&lt;BR /&gt;3 Vaio Event Service (installer folder ? depending on your model)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And then re-boot your Vaio - you may have to repeat the process!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.co.uk/html/@8A5BDCECEE2E5AB683F2BDAA500F2036/images/smilies/035.png" alt=":slight_frown:" title=":slight_frown:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Vaio and Vista problem</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have installed Vista and now I cant turn down/up the volume or mute with the "Fn" key well actually I cant use neither of the options with "Fn" key Anyone knows the reason? Thx&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
