topic Displaying Computer HDMI output on a HiDef TV in PCs & Accessories https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/pcs-accessories/displaying-computer-hdmi-output-on-a-hidef-tv/m-p/36180#M86579 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><P>Hi Guys<BR /><BR />As you may have read from me recently, I have a VGN-AR11s laptop which has a HDMI output which I have been trying to connect to my Sony Hi-def TV (KDL X2000) with a HDMI input.<BR /><BR />I have connected the two, but I dont appear to be able to see output from the computer on the TV. <BR /><BR />The laptop documentation does not make the connection very clear. It just tells me to connect the two devices and adjust the TV configuration. I am not sure what this means. Dont I have to do something on the laptop to arrange the TV display? Hope you can throw some light on this.
