i have a VGC-LM1E

the wireless keyboard and mouse are not detected

rest all works ok

Hi rubyred52,

Refering to you previous post - after installing the new hard drive have you used the recovery disks to reinstall the original OS? If not have you installed all the original drivers and utillities?

thanks for replying

the hard drive replacement you mention is in my VGC-VA1

i had it done at a local repair shop

i think he has installed drivers and utilities

everything seems ok except the TV isn't working

the media centre did scan and find channels but on trying to view them it first says decoder error

upon restarting the computer it again says application failure

i don't know what the problem is

please help

now for the wireless keyboard and mouse problem it's in my VGC-LM1E

the link you have sent me is for that?

i'll try to install any updates and get back to you

To help you determine whether the problem is because of your computer or the device, try the mouse or the keyboard on a different computer.
