I cannot install any app. Every time I download one I can only tap the cancel button and the install button is not selectable

There is a bug in Google Play - Try to log into Google play from a PC or Mac at https://play.google.com/store pick something to install and try to install it from the browser. If that works, try a few more. Wait a bit and then try to install from the tablet.

I removed it, but when I try to install it I cannot choose next I can only choose Cancel

Sorted. It was the animal battery app from the google store which was causing the problem. I disabled it and installed the amazon app just fine.
