Hi,

I wanted to post this here, since the last update or the 5.1 update on my Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact 32GB WiFi only model, on the lock screen it tells me I have no cellular service.

This is a software bug as my tablet has no cellular radio inside it as it is the WiFi only model.

How can we make the Sony software team aware of the bug?

Here's a screenshot of the issue, you can see the 'No Service' in the top left hand corner:

Thanks, I sent them an email and got a reply, I was asked if I had tried to do a full factory restore though, maybe one day I'll try it but as it will reformat the device and I'll loose all my settings and apps, I'm not going to do it soon.

Thanks for the link

Hey! I had the same problem with my Sony Xperia Z3. I could not get any reception when inside the house even when outside the signal isn't consistent. So what I did, last night I took the Sim card off as well as my memory card, I didn't know how to clean the Sim card slot so what I did was I kind of blow some air from a blower, for a few minutes maybe one or two.. Then out them back, phone restarted then signal worms perfectly fine.
Maybe this will help your problem.
