Tablet won't switch itself off

Ok, I love my shiny new Xperia Z4 tablet, but now it locked itself up, doesn't respond on anything, even resetting via the button near the microSD card slot doesn't make it to switch off. Wish I could remove battery, but it's impossible, so now I have to wait till the battery is exhausted ... or is there something else I could do to turn my device off?

Thanks, that worked. After a second, three haptic pulses occured and my talbet switched itself off and now works normally.
