User info keeps getting wiped out after switch off

I have charged my tablet while it was switched off. And every time after the tablet has been switched off, the user info is wiped out and I have to reenter the info.

Any tips how to keep the user info after switching off the tablet?

Do you have the LTE version? if you do, does it has a SIM card?

Uninstall them > restart the phone > re-enter the user info > restart the tablet > report back.

Restart does not result in user info being wiped out. Switching off does.

Did switching on and off instead, and yes, Clean Master is the problem.
