i forgot my screen pattern. is there a way to reset it without losing data? i tried "myxpera" but when I click on the "lock" button it just keeps spinnig and loading. what should i do?

I'm sorry to hear that.

If you cannot change the screen lock with my Xperia, I'm afraid there is no other way then to reset the phone. You can reset your phone by performing a software repair using Xperia Companion.
