topic 4 CPU cores stopped in Tablets

Hi everyone, after an update to android 7.0 on my tablet there are a few problems. The biggest one is that it works much slower. I decided to check if there is everything okay with the CPU. I checked it in the CPU-Z app and I saw there that the cores 4-7 are stopped (the pic below). The question is why they are stopped and what can I do to make them run again?

It is ok, the cpus are shown as stopped because Snapdragon 810 is using Big.Little architecture which means you have 4 slower cores and 4 faster. When in gui and not using heavy apps or games the faster cpus are stopped to prevent battery drain as for gui and light apps the 4 slower cores are enough. When power is needed the cpu is switching to use 4 faster cores and 4 slower are disabled then (stopped).

In Big.Little architecture it is not possible to use slower and faster cores at the same time. Tou have 8 cores in total but only 4 of them can be activated at once

This is per design.
Hope it will help.
