Hi,

I done today the update on my z4. After the Installation the tab want Start New and than it is every time the same:

Sony logo on the display...Android Logo ....white...black...sony logo....and so on....

Please help me.

Hi @Aquaange and @VFL1900, sorry to hear about this.

It does sound like both of you are experiencing a boot-loop since the Android system never boots up.

I would recommend that you try removing both the SD and/or SIM cards from your tablets (depending on which versions you both have) and try starting up the tablet again.

If there is no change, try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. Do note that this will delete all data stored on the internal storage of your tablets and since they can't be unlocked, a backup won't be possible to create.
