      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I done today the update on my z4. After the Installation the tab want Start New and than it is every time the same:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sony logo on the display...Android Logo ....white...black...sony logo....and so on....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1049953"&gt;@Aquaange&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1056337"&gt;@VFL1900&lt;/A&gt;, sorry to hear about this. &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.co.uk/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It does sound like both of you are experiencing&amp;nbsp;a boot-loop since the Android system never boots up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would recommend that you try removing both the SD and/or SIM cards from your tablets (depending on which versions you both have) and try starting up the tablet again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there is no change, try performing a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;. Do note that this will delete all data stored on the internal storage of your tablets and since they can't be unlocked, a backup won't be possible to create.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it went!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
