Hi there

How is the TV connected to the router? Wireless or Wired? If wireless, try using an ethernet cable instead.

Cheers

When I got my KDL26EX320 in July 2011, I was able to get my then Hub2 to talk happily to it. When I changed to Hub3 (date forgotten), I found that it did not talk to the TV. Now I have a Hub5 and would like to use it to get the TV to access iPlayer, but it refuses to "register" after trying for a good minute or two. My impression is that the TV is connected to the internet via the hub5, but that Sony will not register the connection. Can anyone help me?

Thank you for replying. The TV is not connected to the Hub5 but seems to be talking to it OK. When I go through the Options/Manual/press the WPS button routine, The aerial sign on the Hub5 flashes, and on the TV screen the light travels across and it says "Registering". Unfortunately it then says "Registering failed". Does this help to explain what is happening?
