Love Film app on Sony TV please help

Hi All,

I new to all this so please forgive my ignorance.

I have had my Sony Bravia KDL-46HX823 TV since April but I am only now trying to learn how to use it.

I have subscribed to Love Film for 3 months and im, trying to get it to work via the app on my TV, however I have had no success at all with this.

I have tried to open a film and it tells me to:

1. sign into sony account, then choose personalise music and video dervice- however i have done this and there is no option

I have however logged in to sony, added the device, entered the activation code from my TV and now I am stuck.

If anyone has any ideas of what to do i would be so grateful.

I have checked the firmware where(i think thats what its called) and i'm on the most up to date version.

Any help would be appreciated.
