internet crashes tv

hi all

hi first time post but wonder if you could help i have a kdl-w50829b tv everytime i go on the internet and bring up the pad on tv it crashes and then i would have to wait til tv restarts itself.

i have tried resetting tv to manufactures settings etc still no luck also tried internet but dont belive that has anything to do with crashing the tv.

any advice would be gratefull

What webpage/s are you visiting. Does this happen if you just goto a simple page such as google?

OK what happens is that as soon as I go onto Internet and bring up the keyboard to type that's when it crashes my TV it happens on any Web page even google.

Sorry for the delay in replying. Can i assume that you are on the latest firmware for your tv? If so, i think it might be best to contact Sony Support, as there is not much more that i can advise you.
