Hdmi is a connection standard so any device with a hdmi connection should work in any of the sockets on the tv, some of the tv options like bravia sync will only work with sony products

This may sound silly, but was led to believe my new TV had 3 x HDMI connections. I can only find the one, which is next to the power cable. Is there another two, if so, where can I find them?
