TV is "updating" and closing itself during my watch

Two days now - while watching tv, it will suddenly turn itself off or kind of doing some update, turning itself on again and then there is this sceen in "Channel Settings" -> Conax Confidentail Access. This sceen will also turn itself off, and then I am able to continue watching for a while - this will take place every 3-5 minutes!!

What should I do?
