Netflix left-bar menu dissapeared in 65W850A or 65W855A

A couple weeks ago the left bar menu dissapeared that allowed me to sort and browse movies easily.

Now I have have no control at all over the content.

If I want to exit netflix I have to press up or down multiple times in order to "find" the exit menu

completely sick layout I must say.

I thought the "exit" button was used for this purpose as a standardised way of exiting programs.

Please respond and fix

I'm not entirely sure which menu you are referring to.

Can you let me know if this is a menu that was on your Sony TV or on the Netflix App?

This was a menu that that was located to the left inside the netflix program.

This allowed you to quickly sift through movies under various categories.

As it is now I have to browse around until I find the "exit" option to quit netflix.

I can not exit netflix by pressing the exit button either - horrible really.

Did sony or netflix change this?.

Have you looked how the menu looks like on my tv model.

The menu changed inside the netflix app despite no firmware update to the tv was performed

so the tv must have updated the netflix app only in the background.

I will wait for your response
