TV listings not showing on OLED Freesat TV

I have just bought a new OLED 55inch Bravia for a new house which I have just moved into. The house has satellite so I have put 2 sat cables from the wall into the tv - 1 into the tv and the other into the sub as directed.

TV tunes itself in fine and finds every channel under the sun, but when I click "guide" I can only see "No listing information available".

I have tried resetting the TV and doing the digital tune again, but the same has happened.

I don't have a sky box or anything like that plugged in as I am assuming the freesat in the tv takes care of that. I can watch all the free channels as well - just no listing information on the guide

Please can someone help me?

Might help out if you tune to BBC 1 HD and leave it there for a while. My legacy FreeSAT PVR needs that to 'catch up' with the various chunks of information.
