Sony Bravia KD-55XE7002 Sound / Volume too low

Hi All,

Recently bought a Sony Bravia but have noticed that the volume is too low and have to put it up to about 35-40 to hear especially on Netflix. this TV has 10 x 10 watt RMS power output and before I purchased this I read reviews and a lot of people said sound was really good. Has anyone had same or similar issues with this?

It's really buggin me and I don't want to return the TV but if theres no fix I might have to.

Thank you Sean, I've tried everything but still no luck. I even spoke with Sony support and they've raised a case but I think I'm going to return this TV. Only had it for a couple of days. Never buying Sony again.
