I get the error code 4057 when I try to update my Sony KDL 32" WE613 TV, and it won't therefore update.

I'm sorry I didn't understand, can't you even update via USB?

I would still try updating from USB, but first unplug all connected devices, Wi-Fi and TV from the power supply for at least 10 minutes.
