TV Physical Keyboard Not Changing Language

My TV model is KD-55X7000E, when browsing YouTube and search the text box the keyboard is fixed to En and no pops up Keyboard allowing user to select another language e.g Ar language. So, I headed to setting, but unfortunately the physical Keyboard position is in grey color. Can not be modified. Therefore, is there any solution to this problem? or it is a software issue that Sony should improve.

I've searched everywhere on the Sony UK website, and I couldn't find this model number. Are you sure this is a European model?

Thank you for your help, my TV is a Sony Co Bravia 4k X70E series prouduct SA version not European model, but I believe that it has the same features as yours.

I think that the languages available on the keyboard differ from one region to another, so I'd recommend getting in touch with Sony support team of your country of support as I believe they should be able to help.
